The future of Hip Hop and Electronic music is alive and well! Bay Area based, La Femme Deadly Venoms, includes DJ’s, producers and musicians in a sweet gumbo of Hip Hop, Funk, Soul, Jazz and Electro on vinyl with three turntables, three mixers, an MPC, Moog and Keyboards. This perfect blend of analog and digital creates a sound that will melt in your ears.
La Femme Deadly Venoms are DJ Lady Fingaz, Best Emerging Hip Hop Artist from New Orleans Offbeat Magazine’s Best of the Beat Awards; Kat O1O, handles the Keyboards and plays with Crown City Rockers and Lyrics Born; and DJs Deeandroid and Celskiii, founders of Skratchpad, were KRS-ONE’s Tour DJs in 2004. Celskiii, Deeandroid and Lady Fingaz have also placed 2nd in the prestigious 2010 DMC USA Finals Team Battle. These four women began performing together in 2009, at the monthly Jam On It, organized by Lady Fingaz. The chemical reaction was instant and their infectious groove grabbed the audience. Look for their debut EP in 2011.
